These terms apply to CK Equipment Rentals LLC’s text messaging program. Equipment rentals are governed by the rental agreement provided for each rental.

Text Messaging Program

When you opt in, CK Equipment Rentals LLC may send you text messages about equipment quotes, reservations, rental agreements, payment reminders, deliveries, pickups, and customer support.

If you separately consent to marketing messages, we may also send special offers, discounts, and equipment availability announcements. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

Your Consent

Providing your phone number alone does not authorize text messages. You must affirmatively opt in to the applicable messaging program. Text messaging consent is optional and is not required to purchase services or rent equipment.

You must provide a phone number you own or are authorized to use.

Message Frequency and Charges

The number of messages you receive depends on your rental activity, inquiries, and messaging preferences.

Your wireless provider may charge for incoming and outgoing messages or data according to your plan. Contact your provider with questions about those charges.

How to Unsubscribe

Reply STOP to any message from us to cancel your subscription. We will send a final confirmation of your cancellation, then stop sending messages through that subscription.

To subscribe again, complete our opt-in process again.

Message Delivery

Message delivery depends on your wireless provider and network availability. Wireless carriers have no responsibility for messages that arrive late or fail to arrive.
